My coaching method is to empower women to renovate their lifestyles and prioritize their well-being, offering counseling services to help women put themselves first. My Lifestyle Renovation program emphasizes the 4 pillars of health: sleep, movement, nutrition, and hydration, with ample resources available.

Lifestyle Renovation
After my husband started his own home remodeling business, I began to notice a parallel as well as a huge disconnect between the way we view home projects and the way we view our own health and wellness. Just like a house needs a solid foundation, our health requires a framework of whole food nutrition, sufficient hydration, sleep hygiene, and body movement. Without this solid base, we are likely to fall, just like the house. However, priorities, motivation, and investments are much easier for us to pour out on a home renovation, but when we look at our own wellness, we tend to put it at the end of our list, believing that we aren't worth the work, or not able to achieve our goals.
That's when I created Lifestyle Renovation, a 3 month program designed to tackle any wellness goal with grace, acceptance, compassion, and support.
